PREFACE
The Engineering & Technical Services honors members who demonstrate exceptional dedication, skill, and contributions through a structured system of medals and awards. Each recognition has defined criteria, ensuring that achievements are celebrated fairly and consistently.
Awards are reserved for outstanding accomplishments, significant milestones, anniversaries, or exceptional contributions. These honors are unique and given selectively to highlight exemplary members.
MONTHLY AWARDS
Technician of the Month
The Technician of the Month award honors a technician level member who has shown remarkable skill, reliability, and commitment during the month. It celebrates consistent effort, quality work, and positive contributions to the department. Staff Engineer and above vote monthly to choose the recipient.
Engineer of the Month
The Engineer of the Month award recognizes a command member who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and activity throughout the month. This award highlights outstanding performance in supporting the department, hosting events, and advancing the department’s goals. High Command votes monthly to select the recipient.
