PREFACE
The Technical Records is an archival hub showcasing the department's most notable works by Technicians and Engineers. This collection serves to honor and publicly commemorate ETS personnel for their dedication, skill, and technical achievements. Each work is carefully reviewed and selected by ETS Command to highlight outstanding quality, creativity, and expertise.
SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS
To be considered for submission in the Technical Records, all reports must abide by the following requirements:
Any of the following reports can be considered; Advanced Inspections, Containment Inspections, and Breach Reports
Advanced and Containment Inspections must receive a grade that is equivalent or higher than an A, 44 Points and above.
Breach Reports must be considered as 'Acceptable' by ETS Command.
Submitted records cannot be considered as voided/ invalid by ETS Command (See Documentation > Technical Handbook > Inspections | Grading).
A report cannot be considered if it was previously reviewed and rejected by ETS Command.
The report must be submitted in its proper channel in the ETS Communications Server.
Notice: ETS Command has full discretion on what reports will be presented on this page, there is no process for reconsiderations.
Review Process:
ETS members submit their report in their appropriate channel. A Facilities Engineer nominates the report and asks the submitting user if they would like the report to be formally reviewed for the Technical Records.
Upon satisfying the submission requirements, a Staff Engineer reviews the nomination and makes their recommendation to High Command on whether or not the report should be posted in the Technical Records.
Upon reviewing the recommendation, a Lead Engineer makes the final determination.
