SITE PROTOCOLS
Site protocols are official alerts triggered through terminals located throughout the facility, designed to notify personnel of specific emergencies or events requiring immediate action.
While ETS is expected to follow these protocols and any orders given by relevant parties, the department often operates somewhat independently to ensure critical dam and maintenance work continues uninterrupted, preventing system failures even during emergencies.
indicates that the site is functioning as normal under standard conditions with no significant threats or emergencies present.
Normal work and activities can proceed without restriction or interruption.
A site-wide alert has been issued due to escalating instability or growing aggression within the Class-D Containment Zone.
Avoid unnecessary movement through effected sectors
Prioritize tasks in the civil sectors unless otherwise directed
Continue dam oversight and maintenance, as power stability remains essential
An active, large-scale breach has overtaken the Class-D Containment Zone and been declared lost by combatives.
Immediately avoid all travel through or near the Class-D Containment Zone
Prioritize dam operations, power regulation, maintenance in unaffected sectors
All non-critical fieldwork should be suspended unless it involves preventing major failure impeding security
The site has increased its security posture to ensure the safety of personnel or events.
Continue normal duties with increased situational awareness
Avoid interfering with ongoing security efforts unless directly requested
Be prepared to show identification and comply with additional security checkpoints
Issued when an SCP is exhibiting behavior or conditions that suggest an imminent containment failure.
Cease ongoing maintenance operations near high-risk containment zones
Ensure all critical systems are stable
Be prepared to evacuate or reroute depending on the breach location
A hostile anomaly has escaped containment and is actively threatening the safety of personnel on-site.
Cease non-essential tasks and evacuate to a secure area, including designated breach shelters, secure maintenance zone, or dam control room/turbine hall
Continued operations are permitted only by technicians/engineers with the highest level of seniority if critical systems are at risk
ENGINEERING PROTOCOLS
Engineering protocols are emergency codes used to quickly communicate the status of the site’s infrastructure and systems. These alerts help ETS personnel respond efficiently to power failures, mechanical malfunctions, and other critical issues.
Both the dam and generators are offline, resulting in total site power loss.
All qualified Engineering & Technical Services Technicians are required to report to the dam and restore power immediately. Restoration takes priority over all other duties.
The site is experiencing severe power instability and is on the verge of a total site power loss. Immediate action is required from all available Engineering personnel to stabilize dam operations, restore output, and prevent escalation to Code Black.
3 or more critical turbine malfunctions have occurred.
Engineering personnel must drop all existing tasks and report to the Technical Sector to assess the damage, disassemble the affected units, and initiate replacement protocols immediately.
A critical pressure buildup has been detected in the system. Qualified technicians must respond immediately to prevent equipment failure. Systems should be stabilized before resuming standard operations.
A critical emergency regarding oil has been detected.
Engineering personnel must drop all existing tasks and report to the Technical Sector to reoil all of the turbines to avoid further escalation. Fill jerry cans and prepare bulk tanks to the lower turbine hall.
A technical sector lockdown is in effect.
All Engineering personnel must secure the sector by disregarding all current tasks, closing all warehouse garage doors, and reporting to the Dam Control Room and/or the Turbine Hall.
Essential operations taking place within the Dam, such as re-oiling, may continue.
May only be called by Staff Engineer+
