PREFACE
ETS is also responsible for addressing general maintenance issues and technical malfunctions across the site.
From repairing burst pipes to restocking medical supply cabinets in the infirmary, Technicians are expected to respond quickly and effectively to ensure that all departments remain functional and well-supported.
Burst Pipes
Pipes across the facility may occasionally rupture without warning, releasing hazardous fluid in various areas. It is ETS's responsibility to locate the damaged pipe, perform the necessary repairs, and restore normal flow to prevent flooding or system disruptions.
To repair a burst pipe, one must look at the associated valve and bring the pressure to a stable level, normally near the middle-left section of the gauge.
Gas flow is controlled with Q and E, each bringing the pressure lower and higher respectively.
Because these pipes carry dangerous substances, all repair work must be conducted in a hazmat suit to avoid serious harm or fatal exposure.
